🎤 Meet Our Co-Host

Joining our host Kate Westwood this week is Jeremy Fowler.
Jeremy Fowler, the former frontman of the Australian rock band New Empire, embarked on a solo journey under the moniker Parisian after the band’s disbandment in 2015. With New Empire, Fowler achieved significant success, with notable performances including opening for Relient K and Hillsong United, and their song “One Heart/Million Voices” being featured during the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Now living in New York city, Fowler, as Parisian, explores a more introspective and ambient sound, blending indie pop with atmospheric elements. His debut EP, Lion and the Beggar, released in 2015, marked a departure from New Empire’s anthemic rock, showcasing his versatility as a songwriter and producer.

He is working on his next project releasing soon and has teased a new song on his socials called ‘The One For Me’.

🌟 One to Watch: Rothbury

Rothbury is a Brisbane-based girl band whose music is steeped in friendship, warmth, and faith. Formed by housemates Gracey Coleman, Kate Gurren, and Tiff Willmott, the trio craft “home songs” that testify to the goodness of Jesus, blending sweet melodies, rich harmonies, and heartfelt lyrics.

Their debut self-titled EP captures the intimacy of life shared on couches, in kitchens, and under sun-soaked skies, delivering folk-pop charm with a deeply personal touch. Rothbury’s music is both nostalgic and hopeful, inviting listeners into a space that feels familiar, comforting, and full of life.
