Dan Bremnes joined Cam Want on The Live Daily from Portugal this week for a powerful conversation. His new album The Hero and the Villain is a raw, honest journey through mental health, lost and restored faith, and the reality of being human.
Dan opens up about struggling with anxiety, feeling like he’d lost his faith, and learning to surrender and ask for help. This deeply personal record shares his journey back to hope, healing, and God.
His message: no matter how far you’ve gone, you can come home and find yourself again.

Our 40s can be physically, emotionally and spiritually exhausting — balancing kids, ageing parents, work and life.
This week, Lucy & Kel asked listeners: How are you thriving… or just surviving?
From learning to say no, to leaning on faith and self-care, one thing was clear: you don’t have to go through your 40s alone.
Real conversations, real people, real hope.
