We spoke with Thérèse about her social enterprise, OnePlate, which partners with cafes and restaurants across Australia to fund sustainable food projects in developing countries. How it works is, restaurants pick one menu item, and each time that dish is ordered, $1 is donated to OnePlate. Pretty amazing, right?!
