A UK Company ‘Too Good To Go” have created “Smell By Labels” for consumers to know when their food has gone bad rather than the used by/best before date, as this sometimes isn’t accurate. The labels allow consumers to “Scratch and sniff” to see if the food is still good or not.
This sparks conversation between the brekky team about if they go by the best before dates, while Lucy uses this as a suggestion and is happier to consume foods a few days after the date, Kel is very much on the other side of not eating anything after its best before date.
