Ebony gives tips on changing your mindset, so instead of waiting for things to change to proactively setting things in place right now, to set yourself for positive change for when this is all over.
A way we can do this is by setting some goals. Ebony shares how it is tough at the moment to set goals, but we should try and control the things that we can.
