Due to Stage 4 restrictions, Melburnians are only allowed to have a max of one hour of exercise per day. Personal trainer, Ebony Taggert chats with Cam & Jo about health, fitness and wellbeing and gives some tips to listeners about how to maximise that one hour of exercise. 

This involves going outside for a walk, run or bike ride but also practising mindfulness and finding ways to make the most of it
